CEO
Austin Baumert, CEO of Golden Truss Exteriors, proudly calls Tennessee home after moving from Houston, Texas over a decade ago. Devotion to the roofing industry comes natural to Austin, coming from a second generation construction background guided by his father's expertise. Excellence and innovation are his top qualities. Austin is passionate about understanding his customers' needs and dedicates his time- whether in the field or behind the scenes- to create an enjoyable experience, while also being competitive.

Beyond his career, Austin loves his family time. With a young toddler, he has his hands full and a heart full of love! Some of their favorite games together are cars, chase, and ball.

Business Director
Having spent her earliest childhood in Huntsville, AL, Falan Greenway has been in Middle Tennessee for almost all of her life. Her natural passion to grow is what has led her to the role of Business Director. With an extensive background as a real estate agent for the last 9 years with high success, she understands the true value of home ownership- right down to the importance of a durable roof and beautiful exterior! Determined to see a local business grow in the heart of Tullahoma, you will always find Falan in the background working for you every step of the way!

With 15 years of experience, putting on over 1200 roofs, Paul is more than qualified- he is committed to guiding you through the process with expertise and drive. His knowledge will exceed expectations, and his heart for teaching sets him apart. More than just an expert, Paul embodies grit and determination, always pushing forward.
Beyond his professional life, Paul has deep roots in Coffee County and values family above all. He and his family love spending time outdoors whether hiking, biking, or simply embracing nature.
Shelby Osborne
Marketing & Customer Relations Director
Born in the Southeast, Shelby Osborne, Marketing and Customer Relations Director, is thrilled to live in Tennessee. Working diligently, she corresponds with the team to ensure no file is left behind. The blend of her Marine Corps values with her commitment to efficiency and teamwork paints the right picture for our company.
When she is not in office, her favorite part of life is her family. Spending as much time as possible with her young son is her top motivator!
